My Favorite Vitamins for Women Reviews
Here are my reviews of the best vitamins for women in 2021 to help you choose the right one for your health needs. I’ve drawn the line at under $30 as I think if you’re spending more than that it’s not really a general supplement for overall health. But first, have a look at this video.
#1 Vitafusion Women’s Gummy Vitamins
|Price:||$$$ (Check the latest price)|
If you are like me and find swallowing pills hard, this is a great alternative. 2 Gummies a day will aid in your energy metabolism and give you bone and immune support. The gummies have all the important ingredients a woman needs including Vit A, C, D, E, B-6 and B-12 with Biotin, Zinc and Folate. Great tasting berry flavour but free of all the nasties. No artificial flavors used, Gluten free, Dairy free, No High Fructose Corn Syrup, No Synthetic FD&C Dyes. Great pricing as one bottle will last well over 2 months. Ensure you keep it in a cool place as there is a risk of gummies melting.
#2 Solgar Female Multiple Tablets
As an established brand for over 70 years, you know you always get good quality from any Solgar product. Female Multiple is specially formulated for women and contains a multiple amount of vitamins including, vitamin A, B6, B12, C, D, E and K and much more. It supports healthy blood flow, healthy bones, oxidative stress and overall wellbeing. This product is also gluten, wheat and dairy free and suitable for vegetarians. The tablets are pretty large to swallow and you need to take 3 a day.
#3 Rainbow Light Women’s One Daily High Potency Multi-vitamin
I like that Rainbow Light is gentle enough to be taken on an empty stomach. You don’t need to plan your breakfast around your vitamins. Packed with vitamins and minerals, including Vit D, B2, B5, folate, calcium, iron and zinc, it nourishes, energizes and fuels female vitality at cellular level. It is suitable for vegetarians and has no artificial preservatives, colors, flavors or sweeteners. The tablet has no flavor which is a big bonus for those of us with picky taste buds. One bottle will last about 3 months making this very good value for money.
#4 Morning Liquid Vitamins by Mary Ruth
Another great option if you don’t like swallowing pills. And studies suggest that liquid supplements are far more bioavailable than capsules with a better absorption rate. This is a Vegan friendly multivitamin containing Vit A, C, D3, E, B1, B2, B3, B6 and much more. It claims to be an energy and mood booster, aids in hair, skin and nail health and assists with better digestion. Morning Liquid Vitamins has a raspberry flavor but contains NO sugar. It is also non-GMO, gluten-free, dairy-free, soy-free and corn-free. It comes at a bit of a higher price and needs to be stored in a refrigerator but it is well worth it.
#5 Vimerson Health Women’s Daily Multivitamin
With an all natural formula, you can rest at ease that only natural ingredients are used. This product is also free of GMO, gluten, dairy and soy. There are no hormones or preservatives and NO sugar. Not only does it promote heart health and blood circulation, support breast and bone health as well as mental clarity and focus, it also is fortified with plenty of vitamins and minerals to boost your energy, manage weight, strengthen the immune system and slow down the aging process. Everything a woman is looking for… The capsules are flavor free and you need to drink 2 a day.
All 5 of these have great health benefits with the major differences being in pricing and flavor.
My favorite has to be Morning Liquid Vitamins by Mary Ruth. The health benefits are enormous and the liquid is a great added bonus. But the price does hurt and when I need to invest in something monthly, I don’t want to cringe every time I pay.
Vitafusion and Rainbow light are great options if pricing is a concern. Vitafusion is a bit cheaper per month but care needs to be taken with the storage of the gummies to make sure they don’t melt and end up in ghoo. I love that Solgar is environmentally friendly with glass bottle packaging. It comes at a hefty price though and the size of the tablets is a concern. Vimerson is affordable and although not in my favorite liquid form, I can live with flavor free capsules.
