I do my best at all times to be healthy but one of the things I struggle with the most, is my water intake. Especially when it is cold. I just cannot resist a cup of coffee which is a double whammy as coffee dehydrates you. That’s why I need reminders.

Although it can take a while to get your phone to sync with the app, it is all worth it once it is done. The app works great and I love tracking my progress to see how far I have come. Being able to compare to previous days and to work towards a goal really helps me to stay on track.

I love how the bottle lights up to remind me when to drink water. It is a far more gentle method than my morning alarm clock screaming in my ears but still persistent enough to make me take action. You get a reminder through your phone too but I try to be productive during the day through keeping my phone on silent and far away from my desk when I work. The bright flashes are all I need.

I would have loved to be able to put the bottle in a freezer and have the water icy cold. However, since I know drinking room temperature water is healthier, I decided to just get used to it. The soft grip and great looks makes it comfortable to carry around with you. The bright flashes makes for great conversation with strangers and reminds me again how important it is to look after my health by staying hydrated.
